Shipping Details

At Goodolia, we aim to make shipping simple, fast, and transparent.

All Goodolia orders are shipped from Germany. We do not ship customer orders directly from overseas suppliers.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Germany: approximately 2–4 business days
Other EU countries: approximately 3–7 business days

Delivery times may occasionally vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We currently ship within Germany and selected EU countries.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, where tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

All returns are handled within Germany. Customers are never required to return products to China or any other overseas supplier.
