Refund & Returns Policy
At Goodolia, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order in accordance with the terms below.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us with a clear statement by email or through our contact form before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:
- The product may only be handled as necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
- The item must be returned in good condition.
- Whenever possible, products should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
- You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been returned.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
However, Goodolia will cover the return shipping costs if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The item is defective.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned after they have been opened or used, unless they are defective or required by applicable law.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- A brief description of the issue
- Photos showing the product and packaging
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
